The white symbol in the centre is the Sanskrit word meaning "Om"
which, to Hindus, represents both the unmanifest and manifest aspects of God, it's a sacred symbol of paramount importance. The red swastika dates back to the Indus Valley Civilisation of ancient India (3300–1300 BCE) and the meaning of the symbol for Hindus is good fortune, luck and well-being.
I've uploaded the original and any constructive critique is most welcome.
