Two boats

By handlerstudio

Dipping into my archives.....a small schooner passing across the bow of a much larger one under power.

And much of this country is in mourning today over Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death. With some kind of irony, she, the first Jewish woman to serve on the Supreme Court, died on Rosh Hashanah. She was not only a hero to women, and men, but late in her life, she became a cultural hero as well...two movies about her in the last few years, one a drama and one a documentary, her persona a frequent "guest" on Saturday Night Live, and her best friend was the very conservative Justice, Antonin Scalia. Proves that in a deeply divided country, people on the opposite political extremes can be friends. Maybe even in Congress. Maybe not the White house. But no political message here.
