Never used goose eggs. But duck eggs make wonderful omelettes...

Quite a difference in size there Joline 😃 I've had duck eggs, which are also bigger, but never goose eggs 🥚🍳🍳😃👍

And you should see the size of an ostrich egg! Or on the other end of the scale, quail.

You really have to like 'egg' to eat either duck or goose eggs, The flavour is very strong. But I like to use them in baking. Makes cakes, etc a lot moister.

The eggs we had in Portugal were huge and had a very orange yolk---Since we saw them being gathered they were certainly organic--and, yes, a very different taste!

This was a most clever idea---comparing!
