Lovely composition, leading the eye leftwards, towards the past and memories.
Black and white a possibility?
The remnant of creeper and its shadow are worth a picture in their own right.

Ah yes, V2 is just right - a hint of colour for context but the crosses dominate, whereas in V1 the green skews the balance for me.

v2 for me as well, Den, love the contrast between the black night-time background and sunlit crosses. Very symbolic of John 8:12

The mono works best for me here, good contrast in both but is brought out more in the mono.
