Two Shrooms

By steve_eb
Couple of fungi shots taken at the Epping meet last weekend, love the water droplets on this one on the stalk and the head.

Thanks for all clicks and comments on the last post, blown away by the response on a shot that I thought was "just really nice colours" so thanks to all who looked.

Comments and crits welcome as this is a subject I struggle with getting focus and DoF just right so pointers are very helpful.

Thanks in advance ....Steve

No problem with focus or DOF on either of these, and the lighting is good too. My only suggestion would be to show a bit more of the surroundings, particularly the base, to enhance the location of the shroom.

Super shots - especially the first.
As you say the water droplets really finish it of.
Fabulous colors.
