Not bad and the figure is a great help. Just a bit bright where the figure is. Not so much an atmospheric place, a filthy place by the look of it - people should be ashamed. It makes a good environmental comment.

I like all the lines and curves, Tom, as well as the atmospheric contrasts between light and shadow. As Paul says, the figure is an excellent element.
The rubbish on the pathway and especially on the water is diabolical, and I'm sure the reflections would be really good without all of that on the surface. I've done some litter-picking in my modificationTongue!

There are some subtle colours on the brickwork, which I have attempted to draw out, by increasing saturation, though I'm sure others might prefer to go completely black and white. It also looks as if there is some interesting graffiti on the right side, so maybe you could have got a bit more of than inside your frame?
I lifted shadows, reduced highlights, and sharpened. I ran the burn tool over the bright area, just to tone it down a bit. I used the dodge tool on the overhead lights and their reflections, to bring them into a bit more prominence.

If you think the rubbish is bad here, look at the sliproads of junction 9 on the M6...

There are soem losses, but a trim top and bottom appeals to me... Plus a little skew.

Thanks everyone, the wide crop is quite nice and I also like the colours in the first mod. Easier to do the litter picking in photoshop in this case! Although, I can't decie whether I prefer it with or without the litter...

With the litter, it's making a statement. No problem with that.
