I'm seeing six here - we are east of the Scotswood, so we have the Redheugh (concrete pillar on the left), King Edward, Metro, High Level, Swing and Tyne. The Blinking Eye is out of sight, I couldn't get an angle to include it as well.
Anyway, 'quietly satisfying' is what I aim for. There's quite enough deliberately concocted drama in the world.

The Tyne must be a very troubled water(way) with so many bridges over it. Or is it that Geordies are just lazy and the thought of having to walk an extra 200 yards along the riverbank in order to cross was just too awful?🤔

When I was there a few years back (10 years, to be exact - can't believe it's so long!) on a Camera Club outing, I thought of just how many bridges there were in that area crossing the Tyne.

Thanks again folks. This is I think the only bridges shot in the series that hasn't ben flipped!
The bridges serve various users - ordinary road traffic, buses, metro, various railway routes. If just on is closed (usually the Redheugh in gale conditions) we just about notice the difference!
