Unexpected lighting

By JohnChambersPhotography
Windy night down on the quay the flags took a good hammering surprised they stayed up.

A car came up behind me while shooting this shot with it's headlights on I was not happy at the time but now looking at it I like it. just goes to show you just never know.

Last one in this series.

Ghosts of flags, with everything else crisp and still. This is rather magical.

Intriguing image, John, before I read your description. It looked like a night shot with late evening sun! Lovely rich colours again and clarity.

I agree that the headlights have enhanced this already excellent image.
Now that I know the ghostly things are flags, I feel a bit sillySad.
