I much prefer this Wink I love the movement and positioning of the figure against the backdrop.

I like this image too. I disagree with Adam about the movement in the figure as i found that a little distracting.It is, however a backlit shot and presumably the light was quite low. A combination that is notoriously hard to capture, so well done. .....Peter

Hi Peter,

I'm not sure you'll look again at this, but on the chance you do...

To me the movement adds to the narrative of the work - it's also very consistant with the style of this photographer. To me the movement creates an impression of anonymity - another being amongst a mass of beings that are just moving through the world in a sense of anoymous survival. There is a resolute feel to the figure - his glaze is downcast but his posture and movement forward and therefore resolute?
