Unusual chicken!

By oldgreyheron
We were fascinated by a pair of these chickens as they ran around near the holiday home in Hinderwell where my brother, partner and friends are staying on holiday this week.

Is the breed a "Silky"? I wish you could see the movements - they were all fast and almost mechanically jerky!

Mike

Edit: I'm assured it's a Polish Chamois Frizzle... Now you knew that didn't you! Thanks Sam.

The name is as fancy and flamboyant as the chicken! My goodness. Very well shot, Mike, and thanks for sharing this fine-feathered fellow with us.
