Up And Away

By Legend147
So after 2 years of deliberation I finally took the plunge and purchased a drone. Also took me ages to summon the nerve to get out there with it and this image is the first attempt.

Taken from a height of around 180 feet, just off the cliffs at Black Rocks in the Peak District. Still a lot to learn though but hopefully this will become my 3rd eye when out in the landscape

Thanks all again for the comments and awards on yesterday┬’s image-Andy 😊

Intriguing, in a way it's semi-abstract because it has no obvious sense of scale. It could be a close-up of rocks and seaweed on the ocean floor...
Looking forward to more.

An intriguing shot. As mentioned above, it could be seen in different ways - my first glimpse thought was the road was an electric cable on green rocks. Look forward to more.

I have seen many beautiful images taken with a drone but am holding back, not only expensive but new technology to learn, looks like you are off to a good start.
