Up Close And Personal

By LynneJoyce
Now that Spring is upon us I decided to take the Canon fitted with the macro lens along with us on Ansel's dog walk. He is remarkably patient when I stop to take photographs. I do hope that I didn't completely ruin his canine street cred with the odd poses I had to adopt to capture some of these images.

The opener is there because I am inordinately proud of the fact that I didn't have to do any sharpening or other Photoshop magic to it, other than my usual framing, which is remarkable in view of the fact that my right hand is still swathed in a large and immobilising dressing. Some of my attempts were a bit fuzzy, probably because of the dressing. (Well that's my excuse).

Thank you for viewing and I hope that you enjoy at least some of these shots.

The joys of spring colours well captured here, Lynne, and obviously under difficult conditions for yourself.
If I had to select a favourite it would probably be the final version.
And I see that a couple show fungi which always interests me as you will not doubt.
