Valley in the Mist

By Caledonia
Taken yesterday at the top of the Rest and Be Thankful ( around the corner from Loch Long and Arrochar). We were returning from at trip to Ellenabeich, Seil Island..... and the rain and low cloud were with us all the way. It is such a picturesque area of Scotland but we felt like we were in a dark tunnel! The squiggley white line is the old road and the straight one above it is the new road.

You have captured the feel of the place well Maie, love the hanging mist as it always seems to be there when I pass too.

A superb image.

Aye Marie, definitely true Scottish weather, at least, much more like I've always been used to, you've caught it well here with this well composed shot, well done!
