It was a quick trip to the Valley of the Rocks at Lynton on Wednesday since the forecast was for clear skies, something that has been sadly lacking lately. Though not ideal conditions for astrophotography as the Moon was at 75% waxing, it did offer illumination in to the valley with the last dregs of the setting sun on the horizon.
Jupiter can be seen on the left and a faint wisp of the Milky Way below the Cygnus region can be made out around the right hand vertical third.
This was a single image processed with Lightroom/Photoshop
As always, many thanks to those of you who have taken the time to look, vote, comment.
Please feel free to offer critique. Another viewpoint is always welcome. Also feel free to ask any questions about the image
