And now for something completely different. Until I take the camera out for walkies again, be prepared for a hotch-potch of archive images and some digital jiggery-pokery! 😁
Using software called PhotoSpiralysis, came up with my version of 'Van Gogh's bedroom in Arles'.
Van Gogh produced three, almost identical paintings on the theme of his bedroom. The first was in October 1888, damaged in a flood whilst Vincent was in hospital in Arles and is located in the Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam. He made two more two copies almost a year later, one now being in the Art Institute in Chicago, the other produced for his family in Holland is this smaller one shown here, located in the Musée d'Orsay, Paris. The version shows the original as displayed in the Museum.
It's purely coincidental that Isabel's (Chinga) upload yesterday featured a collection of spirals, albeit circular ones not rectangular like mine! 😁
No painting was harmed in the making of this image!
Many thanks to

All archive images taken on my 3.2-megapixel compact Nikon Coolpix as Jpegs, and with a bit of tweaking in Photoshop Elements 14!
