Venice Carnival 2018 (Part 1)

My first visit to Carnival.

I only selected this lead because it was the first ever photo I took there.

I had left Heathrow at 9 am, but including the 1.5 hour boat ride from the airport, I had just stepped off the boat at St Mark's Square.

With only a possible 2 hours of daylight left, I decided to drag my case around with me and grab whatever shots I could Smile

Then it was time to find my hotel.

I do like the coffee-bean sack costume in v20. Totally different to the usually glamorous costumes. A real contrast.

That's Monello Venezia Malc.

In 2019 and 2020 she had similar design costumes but in very colourful shiny material.
