VIETNAM 2013 #69

Part of the Ca Mau market is a floating market. The boats are used as accommodation as well as “shop”.

Ca Mau is growing fast with flimsy looking buildings replacing shacks.

At the moment, there are problems as the price of fruits is falling down due to too many fruit being harvested and on sale in the region. For example, the rambutan (the red fruits on the left in photo Vietnam #66) sell at around 5000 to 7000 Vietnamese Dong a kilo (15p to 20p a kilo).

So life becomes even harder Sad Your observation and photography still remain at a high standard JN.

Well, maybe they should sell baskets, those baskets look very handy!
