Like your POV.........the tones are different..........well photographed.........
It's seriously busy Chris!
It's hard to find fault as there's so much going on. I like the tone/processing you've used.
I'd like to get a few shots from up there myself but I just couldn't bring myself to pay their prices.
Well it was a birthday treat for the current Mrs Lobster
Photographically its a bit of a nightmare Jester. the glass is sloped and reflections are all over the place & impossible to avoid.
Took a lot of processing to get rid of them.
I like it. Perhaps a pinchh of sharpening and half a teaspoon of mid-tone contrast can benefit the shot, as in the mod.
How much does it cost to go up there so I can see just how cheap Bren is.
Thanks for the mod willie Tickets are £25
They don't come much meaner than me!
Ticket prices are £24.95 for adults and £18.95 for children.
I don't know what that equates to in Canadian dollars Willie but it's more than I'm prepared to pay!
A first !! Chris......worth it.
But its for a great photo Bren! Expensive though, - thats about $40 for an adult. For the same money you can get the outside express glass elevator (lift) up to the revolving restaurant on the CN Tower, and it includes a 3 course dunner thatsquite good. Its at the 1,500 feet height. But you cant see London.
My dear ol' Mum made that trip up the CNN tower a couple of years ago and was petrified. Mind you she's nearly eighty years old. She stood on the glass platform as well.
I think I'm right in saying (Chris can correct me) that, even for that money, you're only allowed on the viewing area at the Shard for quite a short time.

I'll correct you then. The tickets are half hour slots, but that is for the entrance time. You can actually stay up there as long as you want, till they shut at 11 they said.
A fantastic shot Bren. I really like your processing.
What a great view Chris. You were lucky with those clouds, they add so much to the picture.
Is it free if you climb the stairs?
Lovely shot Chris, obviously the initial "S" makes it special fom me. Well worth the cost. Regards, Si.
