Taken at the Boconnoc Steam Fair. All taken on Friday 23/07/2010
Except for V8, which is bit of a vintage photo itself.
V1. 1934 SUNBEAM SPEED 20 (Nikon P100)
The car was produced during 1933 and 1934, and 98 were built in two different forms. The running chassis sold for 500, and the close-coupled 2 door Saloon sold for 745.
In 1934 the prices were increased to 525 and 825 respectively.
V2 1921 Swift EP 2/3 seat TOURER. (Nikon P100)
V3 Close up of 1921 Swift. (Nikon P100)
V4 Standard Ensign 16, built in 1930 & registered in 1931. (Fuji S8000fd)
V5 19381948 Series E Morris Staff Car. (Nikon P100)
918 cc Morris Type USHM Sidevalve engine
4-door saloon.
V6 Sunbeam Alpine (Nikon E800)
V7 1971 MGB Roadster. (Nikon P100)
V8 Just me, getting in on the bandwagon, in my 1964 MGB when they were mad enough to still allow me to drive. Photo taken by my brother-in-law in 1970. Black and white print scanned in and digitally processed by me. (Camera not known).
Do look large if you have plenty of time on your hands and once again, thanks for all of your C&Cs. Rob

Good collection here.In 1970 I was 19 years old.I never drove, but I would have washed it for you for a quid. A polish and wax would have been extra off course !!

A super set, Rob, spoiling us for choice yet again. Of them all my fav. is V 1 with the low POV chosen emphasising the front end of the car so well. Nice to see the MGs third car was one, but no sooner had we bought it than we found my wife was expecting our first, so we had it for only about nine months, and in that time had the hood down twice only because of the indifferent weather.

Great set, V1 for same reasons as Ronnie, cuts out the unwanted clutter, which is always difficult to do at Car Shows nowadays.

Excellent set, could do with a few of these for the club's Summer project - it's transport. V1 is my fave, a satisfyingly frame-filling shot.
