Please view large. I noticed that Ephotozine has featured the Fujifilm x100v as a "best" compact camera. I just acquired mine and am impressed at its resolution and performance. The camera looks like a rangefinder of the 1950's or 60's, but has already become one of my favorites. Two downsides of the camera: it is difficult to purchase due to many months on backorder - likely due to supply issues; and its menu of settings have been called obtuse. The menu is a real conundrum that requires lots of patient study.
Fortunately fujifilm has an excellent telephone support department to help. And there are numerous video tutorials.
This prime lens camera features a 23mm lens with C type of sensor, so it is an equivalent of 35mm. So far, I agree that it's a great street and travel camera. Just thought I'd share my thoughts.
