Vortex

By Glynn
Ok so i said that i had uploaded my last shot of the Sheffield Steel Ball series. I could not resist putting this image up to see if it generated any interest.
This shot is zoomed in on one of the steel balls at Sheffield Winter Gardens Example Here
set to a long exposure and then the camera rotated to get this effect (camera on tripod). I see many shots on EPZ like this and thought "wonder if this shot will get anywhere ?"

Please see it large (F11)

Thanks for looking

Glynn

Works really well as an abstract shot. Nice sense of movement in the blue spiral.

Hummmm - have you been experimenting with that tutorial which Ian created and gave to you or is this all as taken...?

LOL - interesting take on a huge ball, looks almost like a globe with a blue neon support...? Intrigueingly abstract with good contrast between straight and curved lines.

Makes a great abstract, love the colours Glynn. Thought it would have had far more clicks but perhaps that is down to the speed of the site laterly.
