Wait up Mum, your quackers!

By Sturt_Photos
looking round a new garden center and i took my new 450d (goes everywhere with me) and all of a sudden i saw these four ducklings and thier mum waddling along and, with a bit of 'quick draw' took some shots of them. no need to hurry though as they waddled up and down happily for a good 5 minutes. notice three of the four ducklings have one leg raised, the other just didn't pose for the picture lol. hope you all like it, new to the canon SLR so any tips will be greatly appreciated.

They are so sweet - good catch! I hope they made their way out of the garden centre safely (or, like my garden centre, have they got a pond?).

Well taken shot, good timing i like the way the ducks are goose stepping or duck stepping, keep up the good work, look after your camera, its a good one!

Its a great capture James.

Some tips though.
Try leaving some space for the Ducks to walk into and getting down to thier level.IE,lie down on the ground or get as low as possible.
It will make a world of difference to the shot.
