Does the shoddy, dirty, grimy perspex add to or detract from the mood, I wonder? Most likely it defines it, I suspect.

Yes, I have seen his work - though his name never crossed my mind when I looked at my own image - I am flattered by the comparison.

Well I feel very honoured, thank you so much...
It's definitely worth exploring the creative potential further and experimenting with different focal lengths.. I sometimes use a 90mm macro / short telephoto to get some compression between the different elements.
After a at least a few months of creating my bus stop shelter plexiglass images, I discovered the work of Saul Leiter.. That made me feel validated and further inspired..
