Waiting

By ColleenA
I went out with my Camera group to do street and street art photography on Thursday. This lady caught my attention waiting to cross the road. I thought it made a great mono image...dark and mysterious V1 is the colour version is to show you her pink hair and why I spotted her.
Many thanks for your votes and comments and to those who gave me user awards
Have a great Monday

Oh yes, mono. I can see how you couldn't miss her in the colour version.
This is a great mono. Well done Colleen.

For once I agree - mono!
In my opinion she doesn't need coloured hair anyway - she has a classic profile.
Very good work, Colleen.

A great job done on the mono processing Colleen, it tells the story in a far more intense way than the colour version.

Looking at the version Colleen, that hair would certainly catch your attention!! Grin Great street candid, and though looks great in colour, have to go for the mono as my fave Smile Though her hair is eye-catching in colour, the eye is also drawn to the girl next to her - in mono we're just drawn to the main subject Smile

Hi Colleen! The GEA is for the b&w version. The lack of distraction caused by colour, the separation from the background. Top stuff.
