This is a very interesting shot and one that has worked extremely well. As mentioned above, the mirror effect of the patterns in the sky and the sea are excellent.
I find the black and white version more appealing - the lines and patterns speak for themselves and, for me, the colour is merely a distraction! Well done.

The mono is dramatic and very well converted, bringing out the interesting patterns and lines, but I can't help preferring the colour version simply because it is more natural, trust me to be different.
