Superb High Key portrait Tanya, I like to lower than eye level angle as well, would love to see a more normal exposure shot as well please, very nicely done Smile

Everything radiating from the eyes - and that mouth.
Beautifully done.

Like John, I saw this in the thumb nails and was very disciplined in not going straight to it, thinking that has UA written all over it.

The soft bokeh is stunning [strange statement I know], the angle is very seductive, the pose is great and the subdued colours all combine to make this portrait a real winner

Thank you Smile Especially to John, Peter and Tish for your awards - delighted by those!
Chris - I've uploaded the straight-out-of-camera version if you want to have a look. All I've done is resize to 1000px wide and save as a JPG. I liked it well enough, but it was too warm, there was too much wall and I wanted to try something different Grin

The out of the camera is good, but the final product is much better

It's easy enough to point a camera, frame a shot, and press the button, but this is what real photography is about… taking what the camera can see, and then going beyond it.
Fabulous work, Tanya.

Alfred is tugging my sleeve quite excitedly...

A very sensual expression and very nicely processed with the high Key Tanya but good to see the original too which in some ways is a little more seductive rather than sensual.
Very well captured and presented.

Alan, thank you - for the comment as well as the award Smile Give Alfred a bonio or something Grin

Theresa does the seductive look incredibly well, but I wanted something less obvious and more kind of boho chic / retro romance sort of thing, so glad the high key messed with version seems to have gone down well.

It's all a huge learning curve, but definitely lovin' it Grin

' boho chic / retro romance sort of thing,' ...........? I just think it's a most excellent picture of a very sensuous lady. Smile

I think the background would have been improved though had it been my conservatory and the picture taken between bouts ot tea and biscuit. Blush Wink

Nice one No.2 of 2. Pleased to make it 30. I know you don't really give a monkeys, but I'm pleased to do it all the same!

I'm always delighted if people like the image, Dave ... numbers mean nothing to me in the end but if people like my stuff enough to vote, then that's what matters to me in the long run Grin
