Excellent image - just had the pest man out to a wasp nest right at my front door - been stung a couple of times in the past so not my favourite either.

Great macro. Nice to see these being photographed most folk think of them as a pest but they have their place in the scheme of things. Debs

Never take a swipe at a wasp or bee or you could lose out.
Live and let live seems to work best. Stung in the shoulder by a bumble bee while driving once, but he was provoked by the speeding vehicle so he was forgiven. Now that was REAL PAIN.
