Watch tower

By C_Daniels
One of the lighthouse at Whitby taken during my most recentist of visits earlier this month. The lighthouse was open to visitors and cost about a 1 or so to tread the narrow spiralling staircase of many many many steps! Met a couple at about half way who reversed back up - dizzy at the top Grin

I liked the seagulls here - and thought I'd kinda bluetone it for greater effect...?

The monotone helps this and the gulls just top it off,

I like the mood created by the toning Caleb and as Mike says - the gulls just finish this perfectly.

Fantastic shot Caleb, dramatic and brooding, love the gull silhouettes.
