Somebody did that to me once on a visit... and I agree I didn't mind as it gave a sense of scale... Smile
(not the visit when we met you Smile )

That got me thinking, Jeanie - did I stand in your frame thinking, 'This is my coast...mine. all mine' (cue crazy laughter)

- Cheers Ant, m8. Looks like I'm stuck at southerndown, Traeth Mawr and Nash now that you have Porthcawl wrapped up Grin

I would never have realised the size of the rock slabs without the figures, while they might not be hard to clone out, they do provide a good focal point and I think you were wise to leave them in. The colours are beautiful too.

You should copy them as a paintbrush and use them as a signature trademark, Alun. They are well formed silhouettes and perfectly placed nr the thirds. Another beauty.

In this case the figures work well to give a sense of scale.

Great idea Dave. A sort of 'Janet and John' stencil for Photoshop. We could play hunt the figures rather like that painter with his trademark mouse!

On a more serious note. Its another beaut Mr Davies and the decision to leave the figures in was definitely the right one.
