Cheers Rock, the only manipulation is a cw 90 degree rotation.

This is FANTASTIC!!!

The rotation made it into an abstract-- think I would like it just as well un-rotated--

I love to find images like this one--Very masterly seen! Jennnnn

Thank you Jen, good to hear your opinion. It is a reflection of a multi-story car park on the rippling surface of the Prince's Dock in Liverpool. Smile

This caught my eye immediately Eric. It is one of those hypnotic abstracts that play tricks with your vision if you look into it for a while a brilliant effect too! Until I read where you got the original image from I never would have guessed. The best part of this spectacular image is how it totally engulfs the entire canvas almost as if it wants to explode outward.

By rotating the canvas slightly you have added the bonus of perspective, which takes this image into a clever and interesting dimension. The abstract also has such a surreal mood, and at first, I did think this was some sort of fabric certainly not water! I hate to become repetitive, but you do have an amazing eye for seeing these shots. The additional work you have done using editing software is both imaginative yet subtle at the same time a perfect balance.

I like the inventive use of colour in this image too. The complex mix of the black lines develops shapes, which help create an unusual landscape where I see little pools filled with that strange sandy colour. Returning to the original hypnotic imagery I would find this a constantly changing and engaging piece to view, which could also promote a feeling of deep relaxation. This feature provides this composition with an endless appeal.

Again, this is innovative and wonderfully seen and produced Artwork, which continues to employ your unique gift for capturing shots only you could see. This is a pleasure to view and comment on Eric and I am sure your magic eye will continue to discover more treasures of equal stature for us to view in wonder.

Take care,
