It looks as if still in use, good capture.
Reminds when we lived in Pitlochry, there was a spring water outlet, where you could collect the water. The local hotel used to collect it, and have it in a container at the bar for adding to your whisky. Very popular until the Burgh Surveyor sent a sample off for testing. It turned out it had the addition of raw sewage in it! I assume the whisky must have killed off the germs in the water, as nobody seems to have taken ill.
