A beautiful shot of a much maligned and misunderstood but very attractive and elegant bird.
When I was a small boy in Kent there used to be flocks of starlings which regularly came, squawking and squabbling, into our garden but now, unfortunately, they seem to be quite rare. Today they seem almost shy by comparison but it is always good to seem them!
