A close-up of part of the flower display from our daughter's wedding last week, and at V 2 one of the two displays back in our home afterwards..........unfortunately the tall lily slipped forwards in transit and all attempts to reposition it failed.
The marriage took place in the House for an Art Lover (Glasgow) and unlike in a church where floral displays might be left usually, everything had to be removed, and Pamela kindly donated this magnificent display to her Mum and Dad.
My thanks to all who commented on Faded and Fresh.......comments always so much appreciated.
PS.......if you have time, it's worth while Googling House for an Art Lover, a Charles Rennie Macintosh design although built many years after his death..........R.
