Hi, Steve. I don't think I've seen your name here in the Critique Gallery, although you've been an Ephotozine member for a good few years - so welcome! It's a great place for learning and exchanging ideas, and I hope that you find everythign you want to here.
You've found perfect light, and caught it well.
Paul is right that the plants could do with a little bit of a lift: better done in processing, as the cold light of a flash would have destroyed the warmth of the sunlight on the foreground.
Compositionally, a step or two to the left would have allowed the second wee boat to provide a counterpoint behind the nearer one, and been separated from the main subject.
And there's a slight tilt on the Loch: I've rotated a degree anticlockwise in my mod. I then cropped the shot to put the boat more on the thirds.
And none of this detracts from it being beautiful, and a well-taken opportunity. Well done, and I look forward to seeing more of your work here!
