A brave experiment-- white on white, but I think you have got it--- Very subtle!

Wasn't sure about v2 at first but definitely my favourite now. A nightmare exposure but nicely done, Trev.

ps, as I now live on the doorstep of Porthkerry country park I went for a walk there on Sunday and came back with dozens of images of the same thing.

Two very different takes each to be admired.
V2 is quite unique and I'd be curious to know how you managed the exposure.
Quite often I've been stumped when tying to take images of white objects, until
I focus on a contrast somewhere in the image.

A favourite, even a cliché subject treated differently and magically with the trio in V1 and the expert processing in V2.
23 May 2013 12:05PM
v2 works well for me Trevor like the high key and processing

Yes, as nice and well composed as v1 is, v2 has the edge for me, it looks very delicate and fine.
Superb macro captures.
