Welcome to the Machine

By marktc

Moving on from More London to the Square Mile but sticking with the architecture theme, this is the Leadenhall Building or locally know as "The Cheese Grater"

225 meters tall, progressively diminishing by 750mm at each level as it climbs to the apex.

The music is Welcome to the Machine y Pink Floyd somewhat fitting I think!

Thanks for looking and to all those that clicked or commented on "The Jagged Edge 3" (its had a rework already thanks to Al's suggestions) but thats for a future upload

Just had to listen to and watch the video all the way through, nice choice to accompany this brilliant image, but what about 'Stairway to Heaven' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pPvNqOb6RA#t=35 given those distinctive arrows pointing the way.

I can't do what you have done with the youtube video, you will have to give me a master class in it one day.

A very intelligent image, a mathematician would do this one by the numbers, including the right angles; a humble observer such as myself would just sit and enjoy the magic of it and allow imagination to take over.

You have yet again mastered those vertical, you'll cut yourself shaving on one of these verticals one day Grin

Great Comp and presentation Mark...a familiar sight, love it or hate it, you've certainly done it justice here.
