Wet and wild

By Tooth
A shot of the water in the burn next to our house - I love its constant motion, and I also love the brown colour it takes on from the peat in the hills above when it's in spate. There's just so much happening constantly and incessantly.

This was at 1/125seconds

All comment sand critique welcome as always

I like the colour and detail in this Stephen. I think that water can be frozen like this in the right shot and this is one.
Doubt that many will agree though.

Thanks Miriam and Malcolm. I've got an infinite resource right next to the house, and I'm always trying to do creative things with it. Slow speeds are OK (in fact there's a bit of movent in this which I think gives it a bit of dynamism), but really there has to be more than to photographing water then always turning it soft and milky; so glad you both like it, that makes three of us

Smile
