What ! No money

This is an on going problem that has short term fix but they never fix the problem of subway flooding.
(1) Lots of ideas from lowest point below a flood plain field which now has houses on it.
(2) Never had correct drainage put in.
(3) Never had low level drain clean out so it block up then back up drains

I pointed out the sign.
