What lurks beyond

St Aldhelms Chapel. The door handle to the Chapel, very enjoyable coverage of this rural spot, makes you wonder who would travel to used it.

I really like this!!! Love the rusty handle and the ancient feel!!! I might have been inclined to remove the bolt just below the handle... Although it is part of the door, the shape of the handle leads the eye to that one bolt rather than taking in the whole image...

However a cracking shot x x x

Very characterful handle to this ancient door. Lovely composition overall, and colour and detail excellent.

Nicely lit subject with excellent detail and textures in both timber and metalwork.

I like this type of shot, great lighting really picks out the grain and texture. Super image.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments, Lianna I may just clone that bolt out.
