Where you go when you go

By Kali
well, heres a cheery subject or all you gerbera lovers. This is the post mortem room at my local hospital. Part of a project on death Im doing...death is a terrible taboo in this country, which Im trying to unpack in my project. I thought a blue omni filter rather suited this...

You have done a good job with expressing the sterile atomosphere here. Coming from a surgical background, this looks like a very modern and well organized post mortem suite.

I am glad you show there is an emergency exit, just in case I wake up on one of these beds!

haha, theres no waking up from these 'beds' tenter! I got to lie on one (lucky me!) to take a photo of the mortician looming down at me with a nasty looking instrument, and can vouch they are like large shallow sinks.....note drawers to the right of picture....thats where they keep the linen...not!!! eeek get me outta here!! honestly I dreamed of this place afterwards...its different, really. May post mortiian pic tommorow if you guys promise to take a look...I'll have to slot cute ones either side to lure you in..hmmm

Interesting. Our journey into this world starts as a hot night/day/afternoon of passion and ends on a cold stainless steel "sink" in a cold blue room. Surely something must be done about this? Smile
U got balls to lie in there padds! Love ya,
