While Waiting...

By ChiliMan
I’m glad people had fun with yesterday’s upload. I am, of course, on the lookout for more mirthful misfirings Smile

Now then, today’s upload is just straightforward flowers. Last Wednesday afternoon the parents and I were going out. While waiting for them, I decided to take a pic of my neighbour’s hibiscus (V1) which was right next to the car.

Then this little asystasia (V2) peeking out above our postbox (a bit of rust there for you, Mick). We have 4 types of asystasia here and this one is what I like think of as the ‘wild’ one. It’s the smallest one, like a wildflower. About 1.6cm across.

V3 shows another asystasia. I really love this one. It’s about 4cm across and the colouring is lovely. It hasn’t bloomed for a while and it was SUCH a treat to see it recently.

Alrighty…gonna upload and run and I will catch up with you all soon.

Andrew

Love the hibiscus, Andrew, a little out of the ordinary, being a double variety. Three lovely captures. Carol

I do like V2 because of the way it's peeping from under the table.

Stunning colour in V1, but those beautifully composed and captured shots in V2 and V3 are first class - Carole

Such a joyful set. Hard to choose, but v2 has an adorable peek-a-boo quality.

I love the presentation of these three images Andrew - they're beautiful, but I just love v2 - even with all that rust!! v1 is a very close second.
