Better to underexpose slightly on white animals and then adjust, I reckon... I go for the first version, it's slightly warmer in tone, it says sunshine.

Beautiful horses,on viewing all three,I wondered if you tried to merge two & three together & balanced them so the result was the resulting colour would be somewhere in the middle of both of them,if that result would also produce an effective image ?

Version 1 and 2 please most, the colors and contrasts seem to be more natural and pleasing to view!
