2005 and real snow - didn't realise pull along cases were even around then - my hubby always avoided them and lugged heavy cases by hand.
Image quality looks pretty good to me.

Great weather for a fixed-lens camera!

[For what it is worth - Pull-along cases made a serious appearance in the mid 90s. I recall being envious of a colleague who wandered unhindered pulling one around Amsterdam airport while I shuffled with a very heavy "garment bag" containing everything needed for a week-long trip to Nigeria.]

Hi dudler. I notice you have achieved complete anonymity for all the subjects of this pic. Some could get a lesson from this frame. Was Dynax weatherproof or did you shoot under an umbrella? I will upload my mod later today.

I take it that the woman in the shot is packed and ready to follow the sun John.
Yep, digital was the way to go, but mainly for convenience rather than quality.

I bought my first trundle-case in around 2001, after seeing a colleague arrive for an employment tribunal with all her files in a shopping trolley. It's currently serving as a studio light case...

The anonymity was unintentional - I was heading down the street with a new camera: how could I not take pictures?

I'm not sure which way she was heading: Cambridge - even in February - is a very busy place, as it is a centre for tourists and business as well as students. So many students! And, I will add: having enjoyed my three years at Durham enormously, visiting our son in Cambridge for the four years of his course made me sure that Cambridge has more of everything good for students than Durham, except for three things:

1 hills;
2 the cathedral ('half church of God, half castle 'gainst the Scots'); and
3 the view over to the cathedral from Hollingside Wing, Grey College, in the morning, on the way to breakfast. It was subtly different every morning of my undergraduate time, and always wonderful.

I remember when he used to finish his novels while his readers were still alive.

I didn't say the anonymity was intentional 😀 TNT was not discovered intentionally either 😀

I was looking at the picture and I was thinking that everything and everyone looks dull and muted as colour, well...apart from the jeans the girl is wearing and the person on the left wearing the most striking element of the picture -colourwise- the red jacket that is.I cropped it as I felt this frame should be all about the woman with the suitcase. The distancing between the legs and the pose and the pace which seems as proud, determined and dynamic as if an infantry's parading make her looking as symbolic and as heroic of the woman a man's fantasy fails to follow yet keeps chasing.
Probably it was shot because of the suitcase, but unintentional doesn't mean unworthy.Thank you.

Red jacket? What red jacket? Another way around it.... Tongue
Mono crop with extra exposure to make the white snow...whiter!
You can crop square too...

did you consider changing the colour of the jacket via selectiv PP?
