Winter training Arrow

Living a two mile walk from where this image was taken has its perks when we're still not allowed to embark on non-essential journeys.

This was after the early morning practice sortie landing into RAF Waddington, where the Red Arrows will be based in 2022.

Striking image...red against the blue.

Didn't know the Reds were moving.

Am missing taking aviation shots myself.

Thanks. They are at Waddington this week and next week as a 'try out', but are due to move permanently in 2022. I've been missing the display season since last year, so it's nice having them pretty much on the doorstep.
