Winter wonderland

By geoffrey baker
Taken hand held last weekend on the cycle track just below my home.

A lot of trees fell over or even snapped under the weight of snow.

We were lucky here only having about 6" of the stuff, they had twice that much further up in the mountains.

Super image! About the only snow I've seen this year as we had a tiny scattering which has gone now!

Thanks everyone Smile

Thanks for your User Award David, very kind of you Smile

It's snowing heavily again right now Trev and I've spent hours digging access to the road to get my car out, will have to do it all again tomorrow Sad

A wonderful image of winter Geoff, I hope you meant six inches of snow and not six foot as you'd have to dig yourself out otherwise!Wink
