One of the workers from Grosmont.
Loved the oily hand and glove.
Converted to B&W as I think it suits the subject.......I really don't do enough B&W coz I'm generally pants at it Blush

Taken in available daylight.
A little bit of movement on the glove but I quite like that.

Constructive critique (especially on the conversion front ) and mods most welcome.
