Worth the climb

By lollipop_lass
In October 2011 I achieved something that was on my bucket list. I climbed Snowdon. On the day I climbed, I took photos but was hampered by gale force winds, mist, drizzle and my own lack of fitness. Three days later, the skies were clear and I went up by train. The pose of the climber completely sums up how I felt on reaching the summit, "THIS is why people climb mountains!"

Thank you VanillaPenguin ... I think once you have done it yourself, you can totally identify with it Smile Well done on climbing Snowdon. Which route did you take? I did the Llanberis path because I was doing it on my own and that route has the most traffic (in case of emergency!)
