wow
its an amazing picture of the culprits lol
a similar thing happened to me and others (projectile vomiting) after easting what we thought were field mushrooms,

we later found out they were in fact field mushrooms but the farmer next door had just sprayed his fields and the residue from the spray is what made us so very ill.

hope you feel better now,
I even pulled muscles in my throat so could hardly talk, agggg

Two lovely images and a sorry tale to boot... Hope your both feeluing better now. God knows what they are, the Chinese eat anything, they are probably some sort of herbal medicine, to be rubbed in, lol...Hence, not cooked!!!

I reckon there ought to be a special award for those who've gone beyond the normal bounds in order to get such shots on epz! So glad you are both still standing! Both images are great. Really hope somone comes up with what you relly should have done with them, though goodness knows given that it could have been pretty much anything if it's Chinese medicine!

Perhaps they were meant to be dried, ground up and smoked; more for the head than the stomach? Sounds almost equally awful.
The photographs are very moody with excellent sombre tones.
Glad to hear that you're recovering at least.

It was a good idea to photograph the offenders. Perhaps they are the magic kind that you are supposed to smoke! Still you know what they say " what doesn't kill you makes you stonger!" Good look with the carpet. Sylvia

Thanks for the warning Barbara. As far a mushrooms go, if it ain't packed in a box covered in plastic in sainsburys, I don't eat them. They make a lovely pic though.

Oh dear Barbara it would have been far better to make yourself poorly drinking some of my champagne than cooking and eating not so magic mushrooms. Good shots though. Special thanks for your help yesterday...Take care and get better soon....Phil
