For so long we've been without a Scot. Now, just like buses two come along together but I'm not complaining. Thanks for sharing this, it's made my day.

Great stuff!! Glad to see her in steam again and well taken. I'll now add to the controversy surrounding this locomotive. When I worked on her at Nottingham MPD, she definately had cracked frames! The right leading and centre top corners of the horn guides and also the left centre top corners. I know because your's truly was presented with a hand drill and bits, with instructions to drill holes at the crack extremeties. So 6100 has either the frames from another Royal Scot class locomotive, or has had new horn re-enforcing plates fitted.
