Yewbarrow & Gable

By JohnEW
Another from last September in Wasdale. This is a blend of two tone maps from an HDR generated from a single RAW. Looking toward Wasdale Head, Yewbarrow is on the left, with Kirk Fell & Great Gable to its right. 26mm f/7.1 1/200 ISO400

Great light in the distance made better by the dark framing in foreground.

Another nice shot John- I think it benefits greatly from an uncluttered sky, which in turn allows one's eye to more freely glide to the reflections, and is also nicely framed with the foliage.

I like the cool blue combined with the warm yellow, the reflections and clever framing by the trees.
